Alt Auth charges a monthly base fee that includes a number of monthly active users, then a fixed price for each extra one. Hobby is free for 1,000 active users; Starter is $29 for 10,000, Growth is $99 for 30,000, Business is $299 for 100,000.

All comparisonsWhat is an active user?
Anyone who signs up or signs in to your app during the month — counted once, however often they come back. Accounts nobody uses that month don’t count.
What happens if I go over the users my plan includes?
On a paid plan nothing stops. Extra active users are simply added to your bill at your plan’s per-user price: $0.015 on Starter, $0.010 on Growth and $0.008 on Business.
What happens when the Hobby plan passes 1,000 active users?
We ask you to upgrade. After a 7-day grace period, new sign-ups pause until you do — people who already have an account can always sign in. Hobby never sends you a bill.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no contract. Move to a bigger plan any time — it applies straight away and nothing in your app has to change — or cancel whenever you like.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is agreed with you: any volume of users at a committed price, an uptime agreement (SLA), phone support and no Alt Auth name anywhere. Talk to us for a quote.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly by card through Stripe.
